Designers: Bao Vuong (President 2008-2009), and Matt Wu (Webmaster 2008-2009). First used in 2008. Green is one of the school colors for Portland State University, and the drum in the background is of the Vietnamese Bronze Drum, which can be looked upon as a symbol of Vietnam. It was chosen to highlight something uncommonly known, but important about Vietnamese culture.
